Day 19 of the Reset

Yay!! I’m in the home stretch. Two more days of the reset. Let me just say, I’m am bored to death of having the “micro green salad”. So I have to say – that no, I did not stick to the plan. I modified my meals – but I stuck with being vegan. I am surprised to say, that the last time I stepped on the scale, I had lost 9 lbs since I started this cleanse. 9 freakin’ pounds. NINE! I wasn’t expecting to lose that much. The only workouts I have been doing has been walking. I know that I probably could have stuck to a regular workout – but to be honest, it was kind of a nice break. (Though, I am dying to get back into a regular workout routine again.)
