Post Reset

It’s the day after the Reset. This morning I had my blood drawn so that I could see how the Reset affected my numbers. Will I lower my cholesterol? I hope so. It wasn’t bad before, but it would be cool to surprise my doctor with the results.

After I had my blood drawn, I hit Illy Café to get some coffee. I had an iced caramel cappuccino and a chocolate croissant. They were so good. The taste of both, the sweetness of the caramel and the melted chocolate in the croissant – YUMMY! It was nice to indulge a little this morning – but I know that for lunch – I will be good and have a salad – with grilled chicken.

For the Reset, I had to be Vegan for most of it AND stay away from caffeine. First week I could have meat/eggs, but for 14 days – I had to Vegan 100%. No wine, no dairy, no meat. (Who knew that wine wasn’t Vegan –I didn’t! There are some wines that are vegan though – but I didn’t have any.)

It will be interesting to see if I start to breakout again after reintroducing dairy back into my diet. I think from now on, I will keep it to a minimum.

* Update- I got my results from my blood work back – I dropped my cholesterol by 40 points! 4-0! Holy crap, the Ultimate Reset really works!
