So I just finished the Plyo workout from the 21 Day Fix Extreme program. HOLY HELLOOOO! I am pouring in sweat as I type this. I cooled down an extra 10 minutes too. I had to modify some of the move because I can’t jump as much – thanks to my stupid plantar faciitis. Wow. This workout was no joke.
